- National Members are exempt from the $500.00 Hospitality Fee

Exhibit Insurance – how do I get it?
- Contact your Insurance Agent to obtain an Insurance Certificate for this specific event. It is mandatory to have proof of insurance before you can gain access to the trade show floor.
How do I arrange for shipping, material handling, furnishings, carpet, signs & graphics, installation & dismantling?
- GES is the Official Service Contractor for Toronto-2010 and an Exhibitor Kit will be e-mailed to all exhibitors after June 30th, 2010. The Kit will include information on all of the points in question as well as electrical services, labour, etc., with a complete list of charges.
How do I register and become an exhibitor?
- Fill out the Exhibitor Registration Form; Booth Requirements; and Exhibitor Badge Information Form or go to our website at www.thecfta.org download and return the forms to the CFTA office, 2025 Guelph Line, Suite 145, Burlington, ON L7P 4X4 along with payment (see deadlines for remittances)
